Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances.

We can provide a full refund or exchange if the following:

* Goods are in their original condition and in original packaging.

* Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transactional receipt or invoice number.

* The goods are to be returned strictly within 7 days of receiving the goods.

* If goods are found to be sent after the 7 days a refund will not be processed & a credit only will be issued at owners discretion.

* Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. No sale items can be returned.

* If you believe that your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or has been damaged during the shipping process please send us a photo ASAP for inspection and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

**DAMAGED PARCELS: Every effort is taken to packaging your item safely but in the event of your item being damaged during the shipping process please take the item into your nearest Auspost office with all original packaging including bubblewrap, satchel etc. Included in your shipping costs your item is insured for up to the value of $100. The item will be assessed by Auspost and a claim lodged for potential full refund. Please let me know the outcome of this. 

* Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings or headwear.

* Return postage for refunds is the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend posting via registered mail.

* Refunds will be processed minus the original postage cost taken away.

* Every attempt is made in depicting the colour of our items as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind some colour variations may occur in different light settings and on different computer/phone/tablet screens. Please keep this in mind when selecting a colour.
